At RitzyNord, products may ship from multiple fulfillment centers located in both the United States and international warehouses, depending on stock availability and destination. Delivery times vary accordingly.
Previously, we shipped only to the USA; international shipping has now resumed.

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. (if not, please contact our support team)
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times depend on your location and the fulfillment warehouse from which your order is dispatched. Below are estimated timelines for shipments delivered within the United States.
A. Shipping From International Warehouses (e.g., Italy) to the United States
Estimated delivery times:
- Express Services: 3–6 days
- Fast Line Services: 4–12 days
- Standard Lines: 8–20 days
- Specialty or Sensitive Item Lines: 10–30 days
- Economy / Postal: 12–45 days
- Sea Shipping (select items only): 25–40 days
International shipping methods include various express, fast, ordinary, sensitive, and postal-line options. The exact method used depends on product type, warehouse availability, destination address, and carrier performance.
B. Shipping From U.S. Warehouses to U.S. Addresses
When your item is in stock at a U.S. warehouse, shipping times are significantly faster:
- Standard U.S. Delivery: 3–8 days
- Expedited U.S. Delivery: 3–7 days
- Special Handling Services: 3–8 days
- Economy Domestic Lines: 5–10 days
These timelines apply to major U.S. carriers and domestic delivery partners.
C. Shipping From International Warehouses (e.g., China) to the United States
Estimated delivery times:
- Express Services: 3–7 days
- Fast Line Services: 4–13 days
- Standard Lines: 8–22 days
- Specialty or Sensitive Item Lines: 10–35 days
- Economy / Postal: 12–50 days
- Sea Shipping (select items only): 25–40 days

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on:
- The product’s weight and dimensions
- The selected shipping method
- The destination address
- Warehouse availability

4. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, RitzyNord will provide a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Tracking progress may vary depending on:

5. Shipping to Multiple Locations
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
6. Delays & External Factors
While RitzyNord strives to meet all estimated delivery times, shipments may be delayed by:
- High seasonal demand
- Customs processing
- Weather-related disruptions
- Logistics congestion
- Carrier delays
These are outside of our control. However, we will always assist you in tracking your order and resolving any delivery concerns.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
RitzyNord is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Recipient unavailable during delivery
- Refused shipments
If a package is returned due to an address issue, reshipment fees may apply.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your package shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the address entered at checkout
- Contact the local postal carrier
- Notify us immediately
Ritzynord will deal with your dispute for delayed orders after 100 days counting from the date that order departed from our warehouse. Additional verification may be required before replacement or refund eligibility (see our Return & Refund Policy).
9. International Customers
Most shipments are currently fulfilled to U.S. customers. Availability for other regions may vary by product. Where international shipping is available, delivery times and customs requirements will differ.
Duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
10. International Customs Requirements (Important)
Different countries have different customs rules. Some regions may require ID or tax documents before delivery. Please review the key countries below:
🔴 Countries With Strict Customs Rules
- India: KYC required (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport).
- Brazil: CPF/CNPJ tax ID required.
- Mexico: RFC tax ID may be required.
- Colombia: National ID/NIT required.
- Argentina: Tax ID required.
🟠 Countries With Moderate Requirements
- Chile: RUT ID required for certain shipments.
- EU & UK: EORI number required for business imports only.
🟢 Countries With Easy Clearance
- Australia, Canada, USA: No ID required; standard duties may apply.
💡 Note for Indian Customers
