Ritzynord KYC Requirements for Customs Clearance in India

As our products are shipped from international warehouses in the USA, Italy, Germany, and China, all offshore shipments to India for new recipients require valid KYC documents for customs clearance. Recipients must submit their KYC documents to Ritzynord’s logistics partner before the shipment arrives. Missing or incorrect KYC may result in the shipment being held in Customs Bond and may cause delivery delays.

To ensure smooth delivery, Ritzynord requires the recipient to provide the following documents:

1. Proof of Identity

Any of the following are acceptable:

• Aadhaar Card
• Voter ID
• PAN Card
• Driver’s License
• Passport

For minors (below 18):

• Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Birth Certificate / Passport of the minor
  Plus one document of parent/guardian:
• Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport

2. Proof of Address

If the address matches the shipment, the ID document may also serve as address proof.
If different, any of the following must be provided:

For Individuals & Minors:

• Bank statement
• Electricity bill
• Rent agreement
• Hotel booking receipt
• LPG connection receipt
• Employee ID

For Proprietors, Partnership Firms & Companies:

• Bank statement
• Electricity or telephone bill
• Lease or rent agreement

How to Submit KYC Documents for Ritzynord Shipments

To ensure smooth customs clearance in India, Ritzynord requires recipients to complete the mandatory KYC process before the shipment reaches customs. Ritzynord will email the customer directly with a request to upload the required KYC documents.

Follow these steps to complete the process:

1. Check the Email From Ritzynord
   You will receive an official email from Ritzynord requesting KYC documents. This email will list the required proof of identity and address needed for customs clearance.
2. Prepare Your KYC Documents
   Ensure you have valid proof of identity and proof of address that match the delivery information. Documents must be clear, legible, and valid.
3. Reply to the Email With Your Documents
   Upload the scanned copies or photos of your KYC documents directly by replying to the email. Make sure images are clear and not tampered with.
4. Ritzynord Verification
   Once your documents are sent, the Ritzynord team will verify them to ensure they meet Indian customs requirements.
5. Customs Clearance
   After approval, Ritzynord will use your verified KYC documents to process and clear the shipment through Indian customs.

When to Submit KYC Again

• If your personal details change,
• If you ship to a new address, or
• If you use a new logistics route or service,

Ritzynord may request updated KYC documents to comply with customs rules.
